Tickets are transferable.

All sales are final.  No refunds, exchanges or rainchecks.  Because alcohol is served at this event, children are discouraged from attending and child strollers are not permitted (child carrier packs may be substituted).

A Taste of Dr. Phillips™ is an outdoor event.  Photographs will be taken.  Photographs may be used for marketing purposes.  If you prefer not to be photographed in a distinguishable manner, other than in a public crowd scene, please inform the photographer.
